Gmail's New Look is Awesome..Cool Trendy..Looks like Live mail of Microsoft...
Though Gmail is dominant in Asia it is less used in Western Countries..and Gmail look has become very old..
Current One is very Cool...

4. Sizing And Resizing Of Labels bar because many people have many friends online and they have to scroll down to look who are online..to avoid all those u can bring up ur chat box (somewhat)

7.Search -- I dont need to say again Google is top in searching so..now it says find exactly what you are trying to search in your mail box giving us several filters..You can also search by using an image as an reference.. :) Thats cool even to say..
How To Get New Gmail Look..
Step 1
Look to your Gmail's Right Down Corner..You will see a tab saying Switch to New Look

Click Continue to expierence new Gmail Look

Check Out Themes tab You will find HD themes

Even then if you dont like Gmail's new look and comfortable with the old one itself you can click on Revert to old Gmail to get back...
Display density is related to how you are willing to Gmail..like Comfortable..Cozy..Compact look...
Which is better than setting Zoom ourselves..
The pit fall i discovered in new look is the markers are not so awesome...:( hope Google rectify it
