Shahrukh Khan’s dream venture “Ra.One” has got a new feather added to its success cap. Sources have stated that BIG Cinemas, India's largest cinema chain and a division of Reliance Media Works launched India's longest traveling fan mail during the theatrical trailer launch event of “Ra.One”.
This 3600 feet long fan mail was launched by Shah Rukh Khan. This fan mail will now travel across 50 BIG Cinemas properties and will collect audience wishes and messages for King Khan.
And before the release of “Ra.One”, SRK would be presented with the final cut out of this fan mail. With this innovative move BIG Cinemas will set a new Limca Book Record.
Expressing thoughts on this initiative, Archana Jhangiani, Head - Brand and Marketing, BIG Cinemas said "The whole of India swoons over Shah Rukh Khan and with the release of “Ra.One” the mania is going to go even wilder. The longest travelling fan mail is our attempt to give all the BIG Cinemas patrons a chance to express their love for King Khan and ensure that their messages reach him personally. This initiative further strengthens our brand promise of 'you matter' to our audiences”.
